After graduated from ASU, knowing that I will need to serve the compulsory military service on September, I started to search for internship opportunities since June. Considered about both my future career and to challenge myself, I chose SINBON as my first stop.

During the internship, luckily, my career coach was Fiona, the Human Resource Director. She gave me tons of opportunities to perform my professions and prove myself, included hosted “Big Data” speech to all managers over sites in SINBON. As far as I am concerned, though it was a challenging task, with instructions from Fiona, I successfully complete the speech twice, meanwhile, impressed many managers in SINBON. From the experiences, I kept learning, enhanced stress resistant ability, and improved my verbal delivery skills etc.

What is more, I had chances to co-work with Fiona about many practical cases, which included analyzed market salary report, salary competitiveness, and the trend of different market salary etc. All of these practical cases helped me to combine theories on textbooks with actual practice, which really make me grow.

In the time, I found out that attitude is everything! If you can complete tasks before the time your supervisor expected with high quality, then you will prove yourself professional and ambitious. Except works, I have met a group of partners in human resource department. They had celebrated my birthday, had dinners after work, and shared all the anecdotes at works. All of these unforgettable experiences in SINBON are my best memories in my career. Thanks to all the partners at work, the detailed instructions and arrangement from Fiona, and SINBON internship program!
